The Basic Concept:

We will create an online shop for your church.

It will be stocked with a variety of items incorporating artwork of your choosing. This could be images of stained glass or statuary but it could just as easily be scripture and/or a logo or church banner.

For a limited time we are offering to waive the $149.95 set-up charge. There will be no ongoing cost to your church in maintaining the account. Items will be available for purchase not only by members of your church but also globally via the internet. Whilst we cannot give a guarantee we do expect to generate at least some sales for member-churches from beyond their own congregations, the extent to which we can do this will depend on the broad appeal of the artwork.

Agreement

The agreement which we will ask you to sign is very simple, because the whole concept is very simple, here it is:

Between ChurchGiftshops and ………………………………............................................
hereinafter referred to as the Church.

ChurchGiftshops agrees to generate artwork which will be printed onto agreed items and made available for purchase via the internet. Prices of the items will include a portion which will accrue to the benefit of the Church and be paid directly to the Church by the third party which produces and sells the items.

ChurchGiftshops will create a webpage where the artwork and items may be seen and purchased online or via a 1-800 number.

The Church grants ChurchGiftshops the right to photograph agreed artwork and to use such photographs for the purpose of producing the items covered by this agreement.

Each quarter Churchgiftshops will provide the Church with a schedule detailing sales made and monies accrued. Monies accrued are not payable until 45 days after the date of sale. Payments by the third party to the church will be monthly subject to a minimum of $25.00. If the $25.00 threshold is not reached then the balance is carried forward.

This agreement may be terminated by either party subject to 90 days notice in writing via email or first class return receipt mail.
